It would have been nice if they had included Earl's version of "Where Or When" from the wonderful Dance Time album (King ) but you still have most of his hits and a perfect introduction to this underrated saxophone master/5(6).

It is also claimed that Earl Bostic put a sliver of gillette razor blade in his mouthpiece to get that Bostic sound, i.e. similar to a removable spoiler in some Runyon mouthpieces.
